A.K.A β€œMadi the Baddie”

Music Style: β€œThink tropical deep house meets R&B/hip hop meets Bollywood beats (because your girl is South Asian, come on!)”

how do you make your clients feel 1% better every day?

β€œMy goal is to make you feel like you’re dripping with confidence after you leave my class, and like your most badass selves. You’ll punch some bags to some fun beats, you’ll get a pep talk, and you’ll be in community.”

what do you fight for every day?

β€œI fight for authenticity, self-confidence, and my right to be multifaceted. I believe we can be whoever we want to be, and we can be multiple things at once. Life is too short to settle, and you should never settle for someone else’s version of you. Every person deserves to feel strong, confident, and like they’re being true to themselves”

what to expect in 50 minutes with madi:

Madi the Baddie has arrived! No matter who you are, when you’re her my room, there is nothing you can’t be and no goal you can’t accomplish. You can be it all and you can do it all. We all have an inner baddie, and in her class, you get to unleash the baddest version of yourself.

more about madi:

β€œI'm passionate about fitness and community, and love being part of Toronto's fitness scene. My favourite forms of exercise are yoga, indoor cycling, Pilates, and of course, boxing! I started my group fitness instructor journey as a yoga teacher, having completed over 500 hours of teacher training. I used to be an instructor at a beat-based and music-driven hot yoga studio in the heart of Toronto, which meshed well with my dance background. Though I love yoga, I equally love boxing, and have been doing heavy bag classes for about 4 years. I started boxing at Rumble as soon as it opened its Toronto location, and was quickly inspired to become a Motivator. Boxing is the fiery, fiercer counterpart to my slower yoga practice, and I’m so excited to motivate the Midtown community to be their fiercest selves and to let their fiery sides come out and play.”
