how do you make your clients feel 1% better every day?

Fitness is something Kelly believes people get to do, and it should always feel like a choice they are making to become a better, stronger, healthier version of themselvesβ€”not a chore. Fitness should not only be physically rewarding but it should also bring joy. Kelly's goal is always to find a way to help clients work towards their goals in ways that align best with them. Words of affirmation and meeting them where they are is key.

Kelly fights to become just a little bit stronger every day, be it mentally, physically, or both.

Growing up, Kelly was always into fitness. In college, she took up running, then delved into strength training in the early years of her career. She didn't stumble upon boxing until 6 years ago, but she fell in love with it immediately. Since then, she has made it her mission to share her love of fitness however she can.

Kelly is a certified personal trainer and a Boxing Ontario Level 1 coach.
